Reading – Proverbs 27:1-19

On the 1st, when I said that I hoped to finish the edit on my book, I didn’t realize how close I was. I’m now ready to send it back to the editor.

But first, I decided to seek the advice of friends.

I posted a call for beta readers on both my personal and professional Facebook pages.

I got a handful of likes on my professional page. No offers of help.

On my personal page, I got several friends who wanted to be beta readers.

They are getting a copy of the book in exchange for their advice.

I know that I could publish it as it is right now, but I want it to be the best it can be.

My friends will help make that happen with their advice.

The same is true for the rest of my life.

Faithful friends lift each other up, encouraging them to be the best they can be. They also warn them when they are heading down the wrong path.
